It’s Mother’s Day soon and if your mum isn’t travelling another continent without you, then here’s a cocktail you can treat her to. There’s nothing like bonding over a drink or ten.
R&B Distillers and Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings have concocted a delicious Spring cocktail that’s perfectly made for your mother:
Ma-jito
40ml Borders Single Grain whisky
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Creme de Peche
5ml Acacia Honey
2 Dash Orange Bitters
6 Mint Leaves
Glass: Highball
Method: Add all ingredients to glass. Add crushed ice. Churn gently and then cap with crushed ice.
Garnish: Mint Sprig, lemon twist, rose petal.
